Glenn has been working in the construction industry since the mid-1980s and has been a licensed Construction Supervisor with the state of Massachusetts since 1989.

In August of 2019, Glenn started GSDC Development Corp., continuing his reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and lasting client relationships.   Previously, he was the Founder and Co-Owner of Century Builders, Inc. from 1995 to 2019.

Focusing primarily in the Merrimack Valley, Southern New Hampshire, Lakes Region, and Salisbury/Seabrook coast, Glenn has developed raw land, built hundreds of residential units, and constructed several commercial buildings.  He has extensive experience in obtaining governmental and local approvals and a proven record of delivering on time. 

Glenn’s strong working relationships with many local banks sets him apart, including Lowell Five, Enterprise, Northmark, Salem Co-op and TD Bank.  

He is also a long-standing member of the Northeast Builders Association and is actively involved in his local community. Glenn resides in Atkinson, NH with his wife, children, and dog.
